2019 SPRING EVALUATIONS

OWHA (Female) Tryouts/Evaluations for the 2019/2020 Hockey Season will be held from May 6, 2019 through May 17, 2019.

All tryouts/evaluations will be held at the Komoka Wellness Centre.     The schedule of times will be posted on the IMHA Website one week in advance of the first tryout/evaluation date.

Current Projections based on 2018/2019 Registrations and Rosters would indicate the following teams might be expected for the upcoming 2019/2020 Season.

Novice (2011/2012) – TBD – Novice Half Ice & Graduated Ice Rules in effect as per Hockey Canada

Atom (2009/2010) – 2 Teams (BB/B/C, C/HL)

Pee Wee (2007/2008) – 2 Teams (BB/B, B/C)

Bantam (2005/2006) - 2 Teams (BB/B, B/C)

Midget (2002/2003/2004) – 2 Teams (BB/B, B/C)

Players who were registered with an OWHA Association other than Ilderton Minor Hockey, during the 2018/2019 Season, must have a Permission to Skate Form signed by their previous organization in order to be able to participate in the Tryout/Evaluation process. This must be provided to IMHA before the player is allowed to participate – no exceptions.

Players that were not registered with IMHA in the previous season are required to register for the Tryout/Evaluation process. A $75.00 non-refundable fee and must be paid before the player participates.

IMHA makes no guarantee that a position will be available for “walk-on” players, but will make every reasonable effort to inform them of available positions before they participate in the Tryout/Evaluation.  IMHA Import Rule will be in effect as required – Refer to IMHA Rules of Operations.

Number of Teams and/or Team Classification are subject to change at any time without notice.
