Dry Land Training

Hello All,
I received an email late last night telling us we could not use the upstairs of the arena for dry land training until details are worked out with he municipality. This is not just for our team but all IMHA! I will find out more details and let you know as soon as we can resume. Please tell your players that they do know the work outs so feel free to go through an hour of conditioning before Thursday's game against Dorchester. Remember games can be won or lost in 3rd periods!
